This group meets the third Tuesday of every month from 2-3pm at Silverton Hospital and the third Monday of every month from 2-3pm at Woodburn Health Center.

Health Management | Tobacco Cessation

It’s not as easy as just quitting tobacco. Tobacco dependence is a serious medical condition that requires individualized treatment. Our Silverton Health Tobacco Cessation program starts with a one hour individual assessment followed by six, 60 minute group sessions on Wednesdays.

Health Management | Intensive Cardiac Rehabilitation

ICR is a 72 hour program offered over a 9 week period: 4 hours / 2 times per week. It includes 1 hour of monitored exercise, 1 hour of stress management techniques, 1 hour of group support and 1 hour of hands-on learning of heart-healthy cooking and eating. The experiential nature of the program leads to long-lasting results and behaviors. Insurance accepted

Health Management | Cardiac Rehabilitation Class 2

For patients: Post-MI, PTCA, CABG, valve replacement or repair, heart transplant, or with unstable angina or chronic stable angina that has failed to respond to pharmacotherapy. 36 hours of rehabilitation contact time including medical evaluation, physical activity & lifestyle education (nutrition, stress management, group support).
